A New Goal

I am setting a goal to try and lose some weight by my 61st birthday. I would like to have lost at least 10 pounds. My BD is April 17th. Just 10 to aim for first. Any suggestions. No I do not exercise, but will to start a leisurely stroll. Don't like exercise, but I know I should do something

  If you try to follow the things on this site for creating streaks and setting small goals I think that will give you a good basis to start building good habits. I say start one step at a time. Taking a leisurely stroll is a great start!

    That is a great goal. Starting out with a walk is a great way to start. A suggestion, the way I started with exercise is I did water Zumba/Aerobics. If you have those classes in your area I highly suggest them.
