Making new healthy habits

Slow and steady DOES win the race!! (Thanks EDITOR =) Been on WW points plus plan since Sunday and am starting to feel better and more in control of my body. I do know that I need to work on consistency and being healthy rather than just losing weight. I feel like I'm getting my life back! I feel like now I can get excited for the summer and being more active and feeling better about myself. I don't dread getting up in the morning when I stick to this plan. I know I can eat whatever I want as long as I stay within my points. And how awesome is it to be able to eat fruit and most veggies for 0 points?????

The pup (yorkie-poo) LOVES LOVES LOVES going on walks so he keeps me being active. Even in the slippery ice sometimes.

Going to a friend's house tomorrow to hang out, but also warned her I need to stick to my plan. Not eating a ton of junk, but eating within reason.

    I agree with you that slow and steady wins in the long run. Consistency is so important. at times like these we've got to search for NSVs to help us stay motivated and moving forward. I'm happy to hear you have a plan that is working for you.
