Making new healthy habits

Slow and steady DOES win the race!! (Thanks EDITOR =) Been on WW points plus plan since Sunday and am starting to feel better and more in control of my body. I do know that I need to work on consistency and being healthy rather than just losing weight. I feel like I'm getting my life back! I feel like now I can get excited for the summer and being more active and feeling better about myself. I don't dread getting up in the morning when I stick to this plan. I know I can eat whatever I want as long as I stay within my points. And how awesome is it to be able to eat fruit and most veggies for 0 points?????
The pup (yorkie-poo) LOVES LOVES LOVES going on walks so he keeps me being active. Even in the slippery ice sometimes.
Going to a friend's house tomorrow to hang out, but also warned her I need to stick to my plan. Not eating a ton of junk, but eating within reason.
