Are you stuck in the ho hum workouts or not doing them at all (like me). Shake it up. Search out something new to try. Back on Valentine's Day my husband and I played some Wii sports to help me to burn some calories after a healthy dinner. I have discovered Wii to be a fun way to workout. I get to play games that I am moving while playing. The Wii Sports that I have has Bowling, Tennis, Baseball and more. I also got out my Biggest Loser Wii. I did some of both today.

I have added "Climbing to the top of a rock climbing wall" to my Bucket list.
