I feel the difference!

I've been at this for less than a week but already feel much better! Haven't been been on the scale yet but I actually feel lighter! Hopefully I'm not disappointed when I weigh in on Friday. I think I forgot what it was like to be hungry. I'm starting to listen to my stomach rather than letting my emotions take over. Lets hope I can continue down this path!

    There's a lot to be said about the psychological aspects to following a more healthy path. Whatever the scale says tomorrow, keep that mindset that you have now. The more you enjoy the journey, the easier it will be to continue!

No matter WHAT the scale says on weigh in day (and I swear, sometimes it takes more than a week to show the results of your actions), you're making some really great steps forward this week. Paying attention to mindless eating and THINKING about it...and more importantly, moving on from it...recognizing hunger...
Developing awareness with all this stuff is so key!
You're off to a great start!
