Feeling sso empowered since my last blog...tracking every bite....and making awsome choices of healthy yummy choices....Cooking healthy and feeding my family healthy....Not to mention working out 5x a week...35-40 min of sweating that booty ....cant believe the how different I feel, every morning its not a struggle (As BAD of a struggle) to get up at 5 am and out the door by 6 am....What a difference...I actually look forward to working out. Praying every day for my stamina to far 3 weeks in a row w/ 1 bad weekend...But I have a super busy weekend and planned ahead to make smart choices. Drinks and Dinner w/ My besty Friday night....having a few chips and salsa and shrimp cocktail.... 2 drink max
Saturday having a BBQ w/ another besty and my sister having carne asada, and grilled chicked and veggies, homemade salsa and some tortilla chips. Goint to store to replenish my healthy veggies, salalds and fruit saturday Morning..... Cooking Sunday homemade gumbo (healthy recipe) and cooking my breakfasts for the week...soyrizo, eggwhites and fresh tomatoes.....YUMMMMMMM thanku for all my sparks support and Thank YOU LORD JESUS for keeping my momentum so strong!
