*sigh* Bad News

Wednesday, February 27, 2013

Even though I have lost weight and have been exercising, my A1c has gone from 5.9 to 6.4 which means I am now diabetic. I am not taking the news well right now. I am pretty bummed out and sad.

I am so sorry that the numbers went the wrong way and that you are now a diabetic. My husband is also diabetic but he is insulin dependant.. Keep going as you are I am sure you will get used to it and maybe that your numbers will go down again and they will reverse the diagnosis.. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I know it is hard to find anything positive in the face of bad news but remember until you are fully insulin dependent you can change your numbers to the good! Keep losing and getting healthier and work closely with your doctors. I am cheering for you!!!
