I don't claim to be a nutritionist at all. I haven't even taken any classes, so I figure I would ask all of my spark peeps.
This morning while working out I felt really sluggish and I don't know why. All I had to eat this morning was a turkey, egg, and cheese sandwich with maybe 2 cups of milk. was it something I ate? Oh and I did eat an hour before I worked out. Let me know what you think?
