This is what I was told by one of my fitness friends!
Plan to eat something you love once a week. Not only will it give you something to look forward to, you’ll also learn that you can still eat what you like and stay on track with moderation and portion control.

To reward myself at least once a week!

Motivation is built in!

    So true. This is not a diet, but a life style for the rest of my life. I didn't cut anything out entirely, just cut back on somethings like bread and french fries, but otherwise, just watch the portion size and live my life!
