Doing great today!
Did 20 minutes on the machines, waiting for
the exercise - Cardio Fit class to start.
Did the 60 min class.
Then took a 30 min walk.
Home, made a healthy wrap - I really enjoyed that!
I WILL eat healthy the rest of the day also.
Doing email; spark; Ebay; & just relaxing.
This evening is Mid-Week services, looking forward to
that at church.
