I have maintained a sugar free lifestyle of over two weeks! I am so proud of myself. It is still incredibly hard though and I'm anxiously awaiting the time that my brain says "You've got this, it's easy." On Friday I start adding fruit back in to my diet and plan on making a fruit salad this weekend with Persephone.
I have kept up my plans of working out four times a week.
I have been eating within my calorie range and tracking everything every day this month. This is kind of a record for me.
I have been sleeping!
I have been meditating.
So yeah, I have no idea what my scale will say on Friday but I'm happy with my progress regardless of the numbers.
