The past couple of weeks have be filled with STRESS and I suffered a back injury at work, so I've been a little, okay a lot, under the influence of a pain relief drug cocktail.
The stress of my hubby changing jobs yet again. He worked in a gold mine up north and for 14 years worked for two weeks and was off for two weeks, an excellent rotation. After the area was mined out he got another job at another mine, hated it went to another mine it was okay but then he got a job locally a mine that has just started up...great to have him home everyday but a total gong show to work for and it's all come to a head over the last couple of weeks, and now it looks like he will be leaving soon for another camp job.
Icing on the cake I injured my lower back and have not been able to work or work out which means we are both kicking around the house being stressed and on my part a little dizzy and light headed from my meds. I didn't have the energy to even go onto spark people. I didn't eat all that terribly, but didn't track and couldn't work out.
I'm feeling the need to get back to tracking my food, even if my running and strength training have been put on hold(hopefully not for too long)
Now to catch up on all my spark friends doings.
