Well, I feel like my motivation is really being tested. I try so hard, I eat withing my calories most of the time. In February I had 12 low days, 5 that were 250 over and 10 that were perfect. I exercise 5 days per week. Yet, the scale my arch enemy never changes much. I have fought the same 7 pounds for months. Up and down that is how my body works.
So I have wasted enough time feeling sorry for myself. I joined Spark Coach today to see if the extra tips and motivation help. I got in touch with a coach and they told me that I need to be more consistent with my calories. The frequent lows could be hurting me. I also ordered the new Spark book.
The coach also suggested changing up my exercise routine. I am using my treadmill everyday. So I am going to change to 2 treadmill days, one bike day, and 2 video days that I get some strength training in.
I am hopeful that I can beat the dreaded 238 mark that I always get stuck at. I am at 240.5 now and hoping that I can be 237 in the next couple of weeks.
So glad for my good spark friends and my current challenge or I might have thrown in the towel long ago. Here's to change!
