Well, this is week 8. A few things have disappointed me, and few things I am amazed by. My disappointments are I haven’t seen the scale move a whole heck of a lot. But, I’m working at it taking it day by day. Just because your workout burns 600 plus calories doesn’t mean you can eat whatever, you want. You still have to watch what you eat.
My other disappointment is I can’t get to the gym when I want.
But the plus side is I’m still going, and I love how I feel. I kind of feel like I’m drunk.
The weight loss will come.
