Well, this is week 8. A few things have disappointed me, and few things I am amazed by. My disappointments are I havenít seen the scale move a whole heck of a lot. But, Iím working at it taking it day by day. Just because your workout burns 600 plus calories doesnít mean you can eat whatever, you want. You still have to watch what you eat.
My other disappointment is I canít get to the gym when I want.
But the plus side is Iím still going, and I love how I feel. I kind of feel like Iím drunk.
The weight loss will come.
