Here we go again

Ok here I am. After reading a new book "lose Weight for Life" I have decided to stop counting points and going back to counting kilojoues/calories. This seems to make me not have such an obsession with food. I am going to try this and see how it goes again. I am determined to hit my goal so here goes.

    Use the nutrition tracker. It will help you count the calories, carbs, fats, and proteins you eat everyday.
