I DIDN't: Evidently I was hungry when I went shopping @ Trader Joe's last week. I bought his TMings ckn/veg. wonton soup.

I usually make homemade soup, & I never use salt. I use NO SALT for everything.

I made my Wonton soup today- looked forward to it. THEN after tasting it I read the label: 1060mg Sodium. OMG. Almost a whole days worth of salt in one bowl.

I drained the broth & just ate the dumplings/vegetable....I hope I was able to eliminate maybe half the NA-. I'll never buy that again- even as good as it tasted....just because of the sodium in it.

Come on Trader Joe's.....U know that too much salt is NOT good for us.....especially us Americans ....who are already obese and have hypertension to begin with. emoticon

I always shop at Trader Joe's & Whole Foods because they are the healthy, organic, local providers and look out for their customers health too. emoticon Just like those GMO - u r fighting against; and asking for labeling (I hope).
