MY BIG BIG BREAKFAST!!!

This is the HUGE Breakfast that I LOVE!!
It consists of:
1 Large Omega 3 Naturegg 72 calories, 0 Carbs, 5 grams of fat, 6 grams of Protein
2 Slices of Piller's Simply Free Breakfast Ham 60 calories, 2 carbs, 2 grams of fat 10 grams of protein
1/3 Cup of Krusteaz Pancake Mix 180 calories, 36 carbs, 2 grams of fat, 4 grams of protein
1 TBSP E.D Smith no sugar added syrup 20 Calories, 5 carbs, 0 fat, 0 protein
I also have a cup of coffee with 2 TBSP Creamo 10% Creamer 40 Calories, 2 Carbs, 3 grams of fat, 1 gram protein
As I go along in my Journey I find a way to eat things I enjoy but that are healthier and that don't take up my daily food intake in one meal! The pancake mix I buy at Costco, it comes in a GIANT 4.53KG bag for under $7.00 cdn!! Considering I use 1/3cup each meal it last a long, long, time! This is also simple and cheap to make because it gets mixed with water! I mix it runny so I get thin pancakes, not crepe like but thinner than a normal pancake.... I do this because it than makes 5 nice size pancakes which fools my brain into thinking it is pigging out when it's really not! I find 1tbsp of syrup spread over the pancakes is a perfect amount! The Breakfast Ham looks like Bacon...another brain teaser lol....and it SERIOUSLY tastes BETTER than Bacon..go figure! I LOVE a BIG Breakfast, so to me this is PERFECT!

I don't add fruit because I use fruit as a snack during the day and this really is MORE than enough food! :)
