Working the South Beach Diet has been very easy.
Getting my day started by eating breakfast is working for me. I have a snack between meals. Have gone to 1% milk. Doing no sugar added and low fat foods. I feel like I am eating all the time but whatever it's working. I really don't feel like I am on a diet, it's definitely a lifestyle change. My doctor is going to be very happy when he sees me next month.
I keeping on taking it off!!!!!!
