C25K Week 6 Day 1 **Now with update

Whew! I keep thinking that it's going to get easier... someday! Need to look at doing something about this shin splint. I don't want to stop training right now but it is killing me.
I'm thinking about making a Dr appt, I have a few things that I should have checked so I could do that too. Might try going to the running store and have my run checked first, maybe I need some inserts or a different style of shoe.
Took a pic when I was done. The visor helps a lot when it's raining but doesn't help when I'm sweating like crazy and fogging up my glasses.
**Update - Went to Urgent Care and I do have shin splints. Dr. has told me that I can't do anything for at least a week
