Feeling Like Bleh

Well I was right: I had about a pound of water weight on me that I dropped yesterday. Exactly a pound to be precise, haha. Well, that's better than where I was yesterday so I'm going to take it!

I ended yesterday at about 1600 calories. Even though that's about 120 calories over my range, it's still under my maintenance range, so I consider that a victory. I understand that I can't just go back to the habits and practices of when I was doing my best, and that like in the beginning I have to ease back into it. I plan on trying to get within 100 calories of my range at the max everyday, and once I get comfortably in the lower part of my range, I plan on trying the exercise thing again. Hopefully. Honestly I'm dreading it. Haha.

In other news, once I actually realized I was getting sick, it accelerated. It was like, "Oh, you know about me? BAM! Congestion! BAM! Pressure headache! BAM! Fatigue and aches!" I really, really don't want to go to work today, but it's already too late to call in today and I really don't want to lose the money. After April 26th, though, I will actually have been with my company long enough to have sick leave and paid time off. That will be awesome! But yeah. Today is probably going to stink, because I feel awful. Hopefully thought I can get through today and tomorrow, and then it will be my day off. Hopefully.

In any case, I hope everyone is having a great hump day!

    I really hope you get to feeling better soon. I bet that being sick is a big piece of why you've been feeling so blah recently. I also love your positive mindset. Even if you went a little over your max calories, it's still an accomplishment that you're below maintenance emoticon

  I was thinking this morning to myself...is water making me fat! lol I've been kicking butt these past two weeks with eating and portion control plus yesterday I started working out and I was up 1.2 lbs boo, hope it goes back down since Friday is my official weigh in. I hope you start to feel better soon. I know it feels yucky to be sick. HAppy Hump DaY!!!

    The BMR that SP set for me is too high.I am still working to maintain my calorie range of 1300 to 1400 which is about 300 less than what is set for me in maintenance. So I will work on the principle of "What ever floats your boat."
