Well I was right: I had about a pound of water weight on me that I dropped yesterday. Exactly a pound to be precise, haha. Well, that's better than where I was yesterday so I'm going to take it!
I ended yesterday at about 1600 calories. Even though that's about 120 calories over my range, it's still under my maintenance range, so I consider that a victory. I understand that I can't just go back to the habits and practices of when I was doing my best, and that like in the beginning I have to ease back into it. I plan on trying to get within 100 calories of my range at the max everyday, and once I get comfortably in the lower part of my range, I plan on trying the exercise thing again. Hopefully. Honestly I'm dreading it. Haha.
In other news, once I actually realized I was getting sick, it accelerated. It was like, "Oh, you know about me? BAM! Congestion! BAM! Pressure headache! BAM! Fatigue and aches!" I really, really don't want to go to work today, but it's already too late to call in today and I really don't want to lose the money. After April 26th, though, I will actually have been with my company long enough to have sick leave and paid time off. That will be awesome! But yeah. Today is probably going to stink, because I feel awful. Hopefully thought I can get through today and tomorrow, and then it will be my day off. Hopefully.
