I'm trying to do better.
I've been trying to eat a salad before every lunch and dinner.
I've also been trying to do at least 10 minutes of exercise every day, instead of when it's convenient.
Yesterday, for example, I did weight lifting(a couple different varieties) for about 10-15 minutes.
My shoulder was feeling better of course. Strangely, it felt like the pain was in a different part of my shoulder.
Today, there is no pain.
I'm not entirely sure about where my weight stands, because my scale has been extremely fickle lately. It'd jump about 5 lbs just by stepping off and on. I just bought the dang thing a few weeks ago.
Anyhow, I've been feeling better overall.
On the other hand, I ate a lot of chocolate last night, and feel like I can't hit a limit(on anything, food, exercise, procrastination, etc.).
