It was 6 am and I decided to get up and shovel today before I had to get Christopher ready for school. I had not been to the gym for a few days so I added some exercise and made a game of it. So as I got a shovel full of snow I would keep my body straight and twist as I threw the snow to get in some ab work. I did this alternating sides for about 5 minutes. Took a break and then would squat down and pick up the snow, stand up and shove the snow off of the shovel! I did that for a few minutes. I then would lunge up the driveway and back down and start the process all over again! I got over half my driveway shoveled in 35 minutes. I then quit to go and get my son ready for school. I was going to continue with the shoveling until finished, but it started snowing pretty heavily again. I did not finish the driveway today! I got in a good work out before i even went to Yoga! I also have to go to work at 2:30 today, I hope I don't get to tired at work!
