February Results and March Goals

February has been a big month for me!

Pounds Lost: 12.2
Number of Fitness Minutes: 2625

My February Goals were:

1) Track nutrition every day.
2) Walk to and from work every day.
3) Attend two toning classes per week.
4) Lose 7 pounds.
5) Eliminate Alcohol.

I'm proud to say that so far I have succeeded completely at all of those goals! A+ for the month!

This was a very big month for me in terms of weight loss. I kept a very tight rein on nutrition and exercised 6 days a week. But I wasn't too crazy -- I enjoyed my Valentine's Day, had chocolate twice, pizza once, and ate lots of yummy meals. I even ate out several times but was able to make healthy choices at all of my restaurant meals. Not one drop of alcohol passed my lips! I have to tell you, I thought it would be harder to not drink when others were but I felt so great and healthy and vibrant that I just didn't sweat it.

So, here are my goals for March:

1) Track nutrition every day.
2) Walk to and from work every day.
3) Attend two toning classes per week.
4) Enter Onederland completely (no bouncing back and forth)
5) Hit the 50 lbs. down mark! (5 pounds).
6) Continue to restrict alcohol (with the exception of planned events on 3/8, 3/25, and 3/26 and even then, only in moderation)
7) Maintain log-in and water streaks (at 33 days now!)

The first 3 goals are the same because I believe they were responsible for my success this month. I cannot wait to tackle March with gusto!
