My new plan is to workout 5 days a week. I plan to take Wednesdays and Sundays off because they are such busy days. I am also eating between 1200 to 1500 calories a day so that will help with losing the weight. I am already feeling better because of exercising and eating right. This time I want to lose the weight for good, and keep it off and be in the best shape I have ever been!
