-20 mins of cardio
Sunday-- rest day
I woke up with a cold and felt exhaust so definitely wasn't in the mood
I forced myself to push through and do plyometrics (only 40 mins)
because I did not want to. I had more of a head cold.
30 min run on the treadmill straight. (my goal is to be able to run for a hour). When I run, I also include some incline/run at a fast speed 7.2 and back down. I try to keep the "Biggest Loser" as my motivation.
I can't say that I mind to work out in the evening but yesterday was a pain in my ass. Had to search for cardio machine, and I had to also what for some weights because it was beyond packed. I felt kinda stupid at times looking around. LOL
16 min ab routine
20 mins of kenpox (need to finsh this later tonight)
Plus I have rehearsal for 2 hours tonight too.. OMG!!! getting ready for a show
So, I am going on a trial and error to see what happens. I am going to up my protein intake, still include the healthy carbs. I don't think I really need to change what I'm eating completely. But I'm determined to lose 4 lbs in the month of March. 150 is my goal. And I know I can do it. (154-155)
small portion of oatmeal/ raisins
3 boiled eggs
1 slice of wheat toast (not enough oatmeal so I had the toast with it)
blueberry smoothie (140 cals) 6-8 ozs
natures valley bar (peanut butter)
1 thin slice porkchop
-----something sweet- vanilla waffers
1 tsps of peanut butter
water intake-60-70 oz
chicken pot pie.. a small portion--I ate this around 10:20 pm.. As much as I didn't want to eat late, I need some food.
ps. I was very proud of myself. I finished up KENPO X (kickboxing) at (9:30 pm at night).. Glad I did.
