I am going to try blogging about my weight loss experience. I think it might help with motivation for weight loss.
1. Drink 8 8oz. glasses water/day
2. Eat 5 fruits/vegetables/day
3. Exercise 3 times a week
We'll see how this goes.
Weight loss goal:
-Lose 20# to increase energy, feel better, improve health
