I made quinoa quiche cups for dinner on Monday. My husband and I agreed that they were lacking in something...mainly flavor. I would like to try them again, but I think I would add some spices and flavor it up. We ate them with a mixture of horsey sauce and Chalula and that helped. They make decent leftovers too. There is a lot of food that I don't like as leftovers so I appreciate food that reheats well.
