1.) Well, I didn't really gain anything from my slip up yesterday. Actually, I'm down by 0.2. I think back to when I was skinny and maintaining and I think that would have been a really positive thing, so I'm not to down about it!

2.) I don't mind the chiropractor appointments, but I'm a bit ADD, so it is hard to be still while I have treatments. I can't help thinking of all the things I have to do at home!

3.) The kids busy season starts next month. Tech weeks for 3 shows, plus choir concerts and competitions. ACK! Can't wait til the daughters can drive!

4.) ***whispering**** (i still crave a smashburger with smashfries)

    You will love the chiropractor - seriously - at least, I do. I also struggle with ADD - but laying there actually is very relaxing (almost puts me to sleep!) Yup - my mind bustles with all the things I need to get done - and homeschooling makes it all that much harder - more things to think about!

Good job on being positive about the slip up - see, it's not the end of the world (although we worry enough, it might as well be!)

As for the craving - we all crave something. Perhaps if you find a way to make it a bit healthier - and at home - it might make it easier? It still might not be something you can have all the time - but it could be healthier so you could feed that craving.
