Finding medium speed

Wednesday, February 27, 2013

So I submitted to peer pressure and signed up for weight watchers online. Let's face it, those ads on TV are great and it seemed like most of my work colleagues were doing it. Well that was a MAJOR mistake. I was hungry ALL the time and felt the pressure to keep within my points. So what happened? As expected on the weekend I went to Fried Food Town just so I could finally feel full. Bad! Bad! Bad! LOL

So now I'm stopping the insanity and giving up weight watchers and allowing common sense rule my nutrition again.

Sometimes we have to try these things to find out they don't work. I did weight watchers for awhile and I was successful but I don't think the new program is as good. I don't understand how you can eat all the fruit and vegetables you want and not count them in your daily points range. That would be a ton of extra calories for me. Anyway, I love Spark. Not only is it free but you get DAILY encouragment and advice from so many people... you can't beat it! There is a calorie "range" which seems more reasonable so you aren't stressing if you went over a little and the food is real and satisfying! Good luck! emoticon
