So yesterday for my biggest loser challenge I was suppose to run a 3K on the treadmill. I completely forgot about it yesterday and did zumba instead yesterday morning. So this morning I ran it and I am happy to say I shaved 30 seconds off my time from 2 weeks ago. YAHHH! The Biggest Loser challenge I am doing on the Working Mom's team is a 14 week challenge and we are in week 4 of the challenge with Friday being our weigh in day. I want to by week 14 be able to run a 5K with ease. Though I did not run it fast I was a little faster than 4 MPH. I think I may run it again this weekend to try and up my time. We will see how it goes.
So far so good with my working out. I did go over in my calories yesterday but that is okay because I still stayed under my BMR for calories for the day and I had a great workout for the day. So all is well. I think I am going to allow myself a over day so that I can have that snack I really crave but deny myself because I have not mastered complete self controll with them yet. I just want to make sure my over day is not the day before weigh in like last week. ha ha!
Tomorrow is my last chance workout and I am really hoping to get a crazy workout in. I am going for 1.5 hours tomorrow!
