In preparing for the Winter to Spring 5% challenge, I listed I would follow the Paleo style diet during the 8 week period. I got a food list from pinterest and got it ready to post on my computer background.
Soooooo, on day one (last Saturday), I put the food list on my main computer background, I was ready! I have been busy, so Saturday morning I scanned the foods to plan on what to eat for the day.
To my shock, there are no beans or rice on the food list! I had already noted there was no whole grains or dairy, now what?!?
I confessed to my DH my mistake! He has committed to exercising and dieting on this challenge with me - poor man!
Reporting in that our attitudes are in check. We are having fun with "Caveman style" eating. It has become a game of sorts. Dave even suggested buying only caveman food for the whole month! Who would have thought that this day would come so fast? In a few short weeks we will be salivating for some Black Beans and Brown Rice!!!!
