Well I have been away from both SparkPeople & The Simple Diet for longer than I should have been. I let myself slide backwards due to some stress and medical issues. While most of that is still in my life I am working to get back on plan and take care of me.
This is my third day back on TSD and I am feeling great. I have all my meals, snacks & shakes ready so that I do not get tempted to veer off track. Onward and downward for me.
My small silver lining is that I did not regain everything that I lost but it is still frustrating that I allowed it to happen.
I may not blog every day but I will be logging my food every day.
