-Drink at lest 8 glasses of water
-Body Combat + CX Works
-Log all food on tracker and stay within calorie range
Yesterday was NOT better, friends. I ate us out of house and home! I did not get any exercise in, and didn't do good with water or tracking. I'm hoping this big ol workout I have planned today will be just the kick in the pants I need. Although, feel free to send additional kicks in the pants, because I obviously need it right now!
