Hiit Max are INSANE !

Started off with 3 MIn Skips (For the skips I mixed jogging running stairs and jumping)
20 Squat Jumps
20 V abs
20 1/2 Burpee Pushup
30 Toe Touch Abs
60 High Knnes
3 Min Skips
20 Pushup Side Twist
30 Mountain Climbers
30 Prisoner Squat Jumps
20 Tuck Abs
20 Star Jumps
3 Min Skips
20 Spiders
30 Pike Pushups
30 Surfers
30 Reverse Curls
20 Overhead Abs
3 MIn Skips
20 Incline Pushups
30 L V abs
30 R V abs
10 Burpees
20 Switch Lunges

I completed in 32 Min... My sholders hurt soo bad- so I am wondering why they called it Booty Shape up?

Anyway it was awesome.

I noticed there is a new girl-I havent dont a workout with her yet seems young. I am a wee behind since I took last week off- I was soo stressed with planning a party and catching up on sleep from vegas. I needed a mini Break- but I am back now and going HARD until the wedding :)

    WOW! That's a long workout. Not the 32 minutes part but the workout itself. Whew! I would have taken longer- I usually avoid workouts structured like that because I totally lose motivation in the middle, and rest a lot, and it ends up taking FOREVER.
