Week 2: Still going strong!!

Okay, so I had some crackers with my soup today... I'm not stressing, because I am still going strong. Not only that but, I said no to chocolate chip cookies at work yesterday!! Homemade ones!! Who am I?! So, I am down a couple more LBS:
I think I am ready to take some other measurements now... well, not right now but, soon. I want to start tracking that too.
So, what have I been eating, more like what HAVEN'T I been eating. PROCESSED FOODS!! It was one of my new years resolutions to really try to minimize processed foods and try to eat only fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans, and nuts. So, basically the Fuhrman plan. So far, so good. I feel awesome and have not had hardly any cravings!! I am loving it. Thanks for everybodies support and feedback!!
