Last night I got guilty about how strict I was being with the healthy food and whether my husband was getting enough calories, so I gave him a sticky toffee pudding after his dinner. I only did one so I would not be tempted but then he ate half and said I've had enough I'm full (wish I could do that naturally - now i know why he doesn't have too much of a weight problem!)
I was very tempted to eat it and must admit I did have a teaspoonful before disposing of the rest.
So now no more high calorie puddings for either of us and if he wants more then he can have more fruit and veg which are always available in the house as well as his little supply of minty chocolate which does not tempt me as i don't like it.
