It has been surprisingly easy to lose weight for me. I don't mean easy as in I'm doing nothing and the pounds are just falling off. What I mean is, I typed in my weight, I typed in my goal, I was given a calorie range, and I've been following it, and slowly but surely, the weight has come off. I know I sound like one of those commercials, but I really am still eating food I like, and I'm not exercising like a crazy person. I'm just being healthy. I've hit a few plateaus, but when I look back at my progress, I have lost 40 in 10 months. Do the math, and that averages out to a pound a week, exactly where I want to be. It took time to gain this weight, it's going to take time to lose it.
