I started this journey Sept. 11, 2012 weighing in at 201 pounds. That was too much weight for my 4'11 body frame. I'm proud to announce that I've loss a little more than 10 percent of my body weight. This month I had an amazing weight loss of six pounds!! That hasn't happened before. I chose to eat less breads, chips, and desserts and it really helped. I currently weigh around 177.
I can't wait to shed another 10 percent from my body.
