Well that's more like it!

I finally lost the Valentine's weekend weight, plus a bonus pound!

In total, since the first of the year, I have now lost 11 pounds. Not too bad for two months. Not exactly as much as I wanted to have lost by now, but I will take it and stay the course.

My doctor's appointment is just two days away now. I don't have the ammunition I thought I would, but I can tell her that I have lost 11 pounds in two months so at least that is something.

I've been thinking about it and I feel like I have been putting my body through a lot of changes over the past couple of weeks so I need to be patient with it. Between reducing my caloric intake, increasing my activity level, stopping birth control and starting pre-natal vitamins I am sure that my body is a bit confused right now - so to speak. We're working it out though :)

    Wow that is a lot of changes and any one of those can really impact your body! I'm really happy that you're seeing some results right now. I know how discouraging it can be when the scale won't budge!

    11 pounds in 2 months is nothing to sniff at! It's still over a pound a week and just stopping birth control can certainly lead to hormonal fluctuations that most certainly will affect weight loss!
