St Patty Challenge

Just saw the challenge and you can count me in! Got on the scale and I have starting gaining on my loss so need to step it up. Went to doctor with DH yesterday and he goes back in 3 weeks but has been taking back some of his responsibilities so I have been able to get some gym time this month. Now time to get serious about eating, or maybe I should say NOT eating the things that cause these sneaky pounds to find their way back to my body. It is still achievable to meet my goal before my sparkaversary in April so my short term goal is to lose 10 lbs before St Patty's day. That should not be a problem and then the last 10 before April Sparkaversary. It was a beautiful pre-Spring day on Sunday and I got out with my Granddaughter and cleaned out some of my flower beds abd pushed her around the yard in her gator - no easy task.

Need to get in shape for DD wedding in October and will have to balance out my time with planning and making time for ME. Thanks to all my Spark pals that keep my going down the path of healthier times ahead. emoticon

    It's all about one decision at a time and we'll get there! Nothing like grandchildren to provide exercise inspiration! I enjoyed the Sunday weather too with a walk with my grandson and playing at a playground! We'll get there, but enjoying the journey too!
