Tuesday - Turbo Fire (Jillian Michaels Circuit Training)

I was feeling a bit sluggish and just chose to relax when I got home from work instead of doing my workout. I told myself that I would do it after my son went to bed. Then we laid down and fell asleep together, so I never got this in.
I haven't tracked dinner yet, but I think that I'll be in my calorie range for yesterday.
I didn't get my water all in for the day.
Day 1 of 2 for the week for workouts!
