I was reading someones entry on some site and It really struck me that this same thing has been happening to me. My Wants for different foods have changed. I no longer crave those high calorie foods much. The other day a friend talked me into going out to breakfast at work, wheras I usually pack a healthy breakfast to work because I go in so early. So I was like cool, why not? Needless to say, that breakfast that we had at that fast food place made me feel HORRIBLE. It reminded me of the chest pains and sluggishness and shortness of breath and every other disgusting feeling Id have after eating foods that werent good for me. It reminded me why I was on this journey and that I did not need junk food and fast food. Lesson Learned.
