So, week one didn't exactly go as planned, but yet I cant say I have any complaints.. The Green Smoothie ONLY week did not work out.. I was starving by the end of the day so I decided to look into this idea a little more. I calculated the calories in the smoothie I had made for the day and, I guess I should have known better than to take on this challenge. I made a total of 64oz of smoothie and after calculating all the fruit and veggies I added, it came out to a grand total of (just under) 300 calories. Yep, only 300 calories.. for 64oz. So, with that, I came to the conclusion that I'd either have to drown myself in smoothies to survive, or just plain ol' starve myself.. Neither sounded like a good idea. I scratched the GS Only plan and decided to stick to the 1200-1500 cal plan. And, that worked. I didn't track my meals online, but I did make sure I didnt go over my calorie count..

OH OH OH! I also really really made it to the gym... twice last week. First time was Friday (funny to say, exactly one month AFTER I signed up hehe). Then I went again on Saturday. I worked out again on Sunday at home, yesterday at the gym here at work.
Well, that ended my first week of my journey, and I am happy to report that I'm down 4lbs... ! That's more than the recommended 2lbs /week! YAY! Off to a great start? Despite some bumps, I'll say... I THINK YES!
