I think today will be a good low impact yoga day. I killed it at the gym yesterday ran/walked 3miles going back and forth every .25 miles felt great at the time, then I did some leg exercises and now I can hardly walk. My arms and abs are starting to feel a little better so i will see what I can get done today. I hate feeling like this but it does feel good to know that I woke up those muscles I just gotta keep pushing. I jumped on the scale this morning and dropped down almost 2 pounds so Im doing something right and my wii fit says im 24 today lol Only a few more pounds to go till I hit my goal!!
