1) keep moving...even if it's just to the basement to do laundry or vacuum. I burned a total of 2600 calories yesterday and did not officially "exercise"...I cleaned my house and was less sedentary than normal.
2) celebrate the small victories...the other night in Tae Kwon Do class, I was able to do situps...effortlessly! I wanted to do more bc I could! Previously I could not do even 1 decent sit up. I was so excited and PROUD!!!
3) it's ok to not be perfect...JUST KEEP GOING!!!! Never give up...just say "ok, done with that meal, that was good, now it's time to get back on track". Eventually, if you have more healthy days than unhealthy days, it will work out in your favor.
For the first time in a LONG time I feel like I am in a good head space!! It's good to be back!
