My Motivation for Today

I am moving forward with my exercise experiment. I was pretty tired yesterday and had already done a lot of exercise before zumba class. I was not sure I was up to it. I went anyway. I had a pretty good time, and I worked up a sweat and the time flew by. This morning I am feeling mellow, from all the stress reduction exercise I did yesterday.
I am a work in progress, and I am working hard to make that progress happen.
