Well I have modified the diet. It was too harsh cutting out almost all sugar. I am back to recording what I eat and trying to do everything in moderation. The big result so far is that I have cut out all the caffeine now for over 2 weeks. I had occasional pangs for the pepsi, but once the withdrawal symptoms subsided, it has not been too bad.
I reckon this is saving me about £13 to £30 a week in Pepsi alone and about a further £10 in red bull (so up to £90 so far taking off the sparkling water I have replaced it with)
