Here I am, 2 months after I started and 15lbs lighter. When I set out to loose 40lbs the first bit of weight just flew off, and now it's taking more effort to work towards my goal. I need to revamp! Remotivate!
I'm starting by begining to use this blog, and hope that is all the kick I need though I will most likely need more then just this. I will need to start bribing- err rewarding myself for dedicated work outs as opposed to just relying on work to keep me excersized. 'm thinkinking a piggy bank that gets change for every half hour worked out, once a month I get to empty it, andevery week of consistant excersize I get to spend two hours relaxing.
