My breakfast has been a protein pancake for many months. I really do enjoy it, but was looking for something different. I found a recipe on Oh She Glows that I wanted to try, but also wanted to up the protein.
Here is my variation of Chia Pudding (based off Oh She Glows recipe)
1 scoop protein powder ( I use plant fusion)
1 Tbs chia seeds
water to mix everything well
2 minutes in the microwave
The topping possibilities are endless. I usually have banana, berries, and PB2. Over the weekend I had some pistachios and dates. I have also made a chocolate version for a snack.
The texture reminds me of oatmeal, something I have been craving.
Got the pups out over the weekend and Monday! SWEAT has been killer this week, First time in a long time that I am sore:) LOVE IT!
Looking forward to SWEAT and Zumba tonight...hoping to shake out some of the soreness:)
