Staying healthy despite stress

I'm doing a few things to relieve stress...taking long walks, checking in with friends, "observing" my moods, meditating.

I'll keep trying and keep adding activities that I know are helpful, such as yoga, going to the gym, whatever I can think of.

    Great ideas. It's sometimes hard to stay focused when stressed, but exercise is a great way to relieve stress. emoticon
