This week I'm trying out the SparkPeople videos. Most of them are pretty beginner-level so they are right where I'm at. Today I was tired and short on time so I tried the Yoga Fusion, which was ok; yoga with some extra moves.
The feature I like the most is when you finish you can click on the tracker button at the bottom and it will calculate the calories you burned and add it to the Fitness Tracker.
Now, some of the easy videos don't burn a lot; less than 100 calories doesn't seem like much, but I still get a pschological thrill out of seeing it. And I bet it adds up.
